This portable, heavy-duty base has two recessed handles and two banana-shaped grooves for easy handling, stacking and storage. It has a smaller footprint than barrels, yet it requires no additional ballast. It has a fixed metal base plate for stability and durability. It features an easy assembly with Quick Release Pins that attach posts into place in seconds, and is resistant to repeated impacts. The new design works with the Lite Black Base, The Heavy Duty Colored Base, as well as the Parking Lot Sign Base.
