Stocked Aluminum Blank Signs and Sizes

Aluminum sign blanks are manufactured per the current MUTCD’s standards. Blanks are 5052-H38 alloy, punched with standard rounded corners and 3/8” holes for mounting, and gauges include .063”, .080”, .100” and .125”. Mill finished blanks are shipped ready to be sheeted or faced. Specify on order if you do not require radius corners or holes. Roll Goods

National Highway Products, Inc., (NHP) offers a vast array of reflective sheeting (roll goods) from manufacturers like Avery Dennison, 3M, ORAFOL, and Nippon Carbide. NHP, Inc. can offer all of these reflective sheeting options as a finished sign component, a sign face or a roll good. Standard size rolls for all five grades of sheeting are: 6″, 9″, 12″, 18″, 24″, 30″, 36″ and 48″ widths by 50 yard length. Special cuts and other sheeting brands are available upon request. Sign Faces

Sign faces are a great way to save money. Sign faces are a pressure sensitive face that you simply peel off and apply over existing signs or sign blanks. Make your old signs look like new again. Update your existing signs to meet the new MUTCD standards with affordable sign faces.

Die Cut Letters

All numbers and letters are precision die-cut and comply with all FHWA size and standards. Letters and numbers are sold in packages of 25 and are available in White, Yellow, Orange, Red, Green, Blue, and Brown. These colors are available in all of our reflective sheeting types. Non-reflective vinyl letter sand numbers are available in Black or White.
